FSPR is Superior to SPR
FSPR has a greater range of adaptability to the elongation of the material, can be applied to materials with less than 10% elongation.
FSPR also applies to the material with the mold thickness fluctuations and other adverse conditions, FSPR rivets will not be uneven thickness of the material caused by slippage, thus affecting the strength of the connection.
FSPR can visualize whether the rivet is abnormal or not, and whether the connection is qualified or not.
SPR belongs to the material tensile molding, while FSPR belongs to the material compression molding, the material will not crack after the riveting process is completed.
The main features are as follows:
1. Can join a variety of materials (i.e. high-strength aluminum alloy, hot stamping steel, carbon fibre), and achieve multi-layer riveting, the maximum thickness can reach 9.1mm.
2. Punching and riveting can be completed in a simple punch and die process, without pre-punching riveting holes.
3. Can realize automatic rivet feeding, with high cycle times and productive efficiency.
4. Forms joints by extrusion, allows joining of materials with long elongation, stable sheer, tension and riveting appearance.
5. Strong anti-rusting ability, longest salt spray test lasts up to 720 hours, special rivets can be extended according to the actual needs of anti-rust ability.

A Our standard warranty period is 1 year after shipment. In the warranty period,we will send the spare parts to you for free (except for consumable parts except)and provide the technical consultant any time.
- Q How do you guarantee after-sale?
A We offer a comprehensive 12-month warranty on our machines. During which we will provide free replacement of any damaged parts (excluding consumable parts) and offer online guidance to diagnose any problems. In case you encounter issues that cannot be resolved by the replacement of new parts, our team of skilled engineers will be deployed to your factory to assist in fixing the machine.
- Q What is the delivery time of your machine?
A It depends on the complexity of the machine. Most of our standard machines are in stock, so we can ship the machines needed with the 1~30days after receiving your full payment. If you need the customized machine, normally it would take about 30-90 days.
- Q What's your payment terms?
A We can accept the following payment terms: T/T, L/C at sight. Usually We ship on receipt of full payment, or payment terms can be negotiated
- Q Can we send the sample to you for welding test?
A Yes. You can send your samples to our factory to do trial welding test, then we will send you the welding videos and pictures after the testing for your review. Additionally, if desired, we can also send the welded samples back to your address, so that you can personally check the welding quality before ordering the machine.
- Q How can we install the machine?
A For standard machines, we will provide you the English operation manual and operation video, in addition to providing you the online guidance and training to your engineer so you can operation the machine easily. For customized machines and automatic lines, we will send engineer to your country to help installation and training. But there will be extra cost for Engineer, including the salary, visa cost, round-trip ticket cost, and accommodation fee, which will be covered by your side.
