1. Through BTM riveting technology, this welder rivet the shelves base plate to the strengthen bar.It can rivet cold-rolled plate and galvanized plate, which thickness are under 1.5mm+1.5mm.
2. This equipment can riveting different size products through the control of the servo motor.
3. The change over time of the die set/mould is very short.So this welder is versatile and practical.
4. Through the parameter settings in the HMI,you can adjust the feeding distance of the part.
5. The mainly component of riveting pressure output uses high efficient air-hydraulic boosting cylinder.Also by using the high-precision pressure sensor for real-time monitoring, it has ensured the riveting quality and prolong the life span of the mould.
