Q3: What is the price of your machine?
A: Our machines are customized for your requirements. If you can show us your parts and welding requirements,then we can recommend suitable welders and favourable price to you, please provide us the following information.
- The material and thickness of your part
-The welding position data of your part
-Your requirements for appearance and strength(pulling force/torque)after welding
-The automation level that machine you want to achieve
- It would be better if you can provide us the detailed technical drawings,then our engineer can come out with the customized technical proposal and price for you.
Q4: What is the warranty period of your machine?
A: Our standard warranty period is 1 year after shipment. In the warranty period,we will send the spare parts to you for free (except for consumable parts except)and provide the technical consultant any time.
Q5: How do you guarantee after- sale?
A: We supply 12 months warranty.If any parts of the machine damaged during the warranty period, we will send the new parts to you for replacement free of charge(except for consumable parts except),and our engineer will help you to diagnose the problem via online guidance. If you can not fix the problem by replacement of the new parts, we will arrange send engineer to your factory to help fixing the machine.
Q6: What is the delivery time of your machine?
A:It depends on the complexity of your machine. Most of our standard machine we got in stock, then we can ship the machine with the 1~30days after receiving your full payment. If you need the customized machine, normally it would take about 30-90 days.
Q7: Can we send the sample to you for welding test?
A: Yes. You can send your samples to our factory to do trial welding test,then we will send you the welding videos and pictures after the testing. If you need, we can also send the welded samples back to your address,then you can check the welding quality by yourself before ordering the machine.
Q8.How do you guarantee the quality of your products?
A: Our professional QC team will do strict quality control inspection before shipment to assure best quality. Each machine will be tested before packaging.
Q9: What's your payment terms?
A: We can accept the following payment terms: T/T, L/C at sight.We ship with full payment, and we can negotiate payment terms.
Q10: How can we install the machine?
A: For standard machines, we will provide you the English operation manual and operation video,also we will provide you the online guidance and training to your engineer so you can operation the machine easily. For customized machines and automatic line, we will send engineer to your country to help installation and training. But there will be extra cost for Engineer, including the salary, visa cost, round-trip ticket cost, and accommodation fee will be covered by your side.
