1 This welder has six-station with automatic feeding, independent floating electrode, rotary fixture. It can weld UT and HB types of work piece. Have data storage and analysis functions, with SPC quality control system.
2.Use HERON own patented technologies of welding power and transformers, with fast charge and discharge circuit.
PLC, IPC are Siemens, other electrical components use imported brands. For using energy -store power, thus reducing 50% energy consumption. Welding quality and machine stability have improved.
3.Long-term efficiency has guaranteed with detectors in below parts:
Secondary welding current detect.;Temperature detected in the transformer;Water flow detect .
